Xmark- Standard Flashing Tape

Xmark Standard Flashing Tape is a butyl based product, ideally suited for sealing window and door heads and straight jambs. The butyl adhesive on this peel-andstick water and airtight flashing tape contains no VOCs or solvents that can cause “Sick House Syndrome”, which can be prevalant in many asphalt based products.

• Balanced moisture vapour transmission
• Excellent adhesion to plywood, engineered wood and polystyrene insulation wall
• Maintains same adhesion value over 20 year span, while asphaltic and acrylic systems deteriorate over time
