Paisley Products is excited to announce that we will be introducing four new Dow Corning products this month: EI-1184 Optical Encapsulant, CC-2571 Conformal Coating, CC-2570 Conformal Coating and EA-4600 Silicone Hot Melt Adhesive. Dow Corning® EI-1184 Optical Encapsulant
Clear, 1:1 mix ratio, fast curing, 2-part silicone encapsulantDow Corning® EI-1184 Optical Encapsulant is a 1:1 mix ratio, fast curing, 2-part silicone encapsulant suitable for encapsulating rigid and flexible circuit boards indoor and outdoor LED Lighting applications.
- High transparency for improved efficiency
- Reduced yellowing for longer device lifetime
- Meets industry standards – UL 94, UL 746C (f1), RTI 150°C
- 1:1 mix ratio for improved manufacturability
- Room temperature and heat cure
- Rapid, versatile cure processing controlled by temperature

Dow Corning® CC-2570 Conformal Coating
One-part, transparent medium viscosity conformal coating without UV dye.Dow Corning® CC-2570 Conformal Coating is a one-part, transparent medium viscosity conformal coating without UV dye. Dow Corning® brand RTV conformal coatings have firm, dry surfaces for better handling and abrasion resistance after cure. Various viscosity versions facilitate different application methods. They require atmospheric moisture to cure (no ovens) and their cure rates can be accelerated by mild heat.
- Transparent with all visible wavelengths
- No UV dye so eliminating fluorescence in the presence of UV energy
- Cures to a tough, elastoplastic, resilient, abrasion resistant surface
- Solvent-borne resin coating
- Room temp cure with optional heat acceleration after solvent flash-off
- Mild heat acceleration (after solvent flash-off) can speed in-line processing
- Good adhesion allows use with many low-solids (no clean) and no-lead solders

Dow Corning® EA-4600 HM RTV Black UV
Reactive silicone hot-melt adhesive for electronic assembly applications.Dow Corning EA-4600 HM RTV Black UV adhesive is a moisture curing silicone adhesive formulated to have immediate green strength to offer assembly improvements. Products made with this adhesive can be immediately handled. As a viscoelastic material when cured and then exposed to high temperatures, this product will soften but recovers to its typical properties when cooled down.
- Instant green strength
- Neutral cure RTV adhesive
- Allows for UV inspection of adhesive bead for quality control
- UL 94 Rated
- Primerless adhesion to most common substrates including plastics and metals
- Long open time and pot life
- Service temperatures from -50 to 300°F (-45 to 150°C)
- Can be used with standard hot melt dispensing equipment
